Sooo alot has gone on.

SUNDAY: we all went to this super huge carasmatic church, with like ALL black people and it went from 12:00-2:00! And each song was dragged out for like 20minutes and there was a huge choir, it was great! I sat by Brendan and we had a good chat. He told me about how strict Wheaton is and how alot of his friends have to hide what they do cause they might get kicked out. But yeah it was good, I also found out he had a GF who is coming to visit him over spring break which is cute!. Haha. Then after that some of us with our prof Jon Silvis went out to lunch at a cute place off Atlantic Ave. I sat with Yer, KP, and Kelly, the portions of our food was HUGE, and I packed up my leftovers but then forgot to grab them… OOPS. then after that I went back to my room, and then straight to the studio because of our critique the next morning… I literally didn’t have much done at all so I kicked ass and put some shit together! Then Kelly and I took the subway home together and when we got back we ran to the grocery store and both got ice cream! I went to my room ad watched tv with Ashleigh, ate my ice cream and went to bed! Haha

MONDAY: we had critique!! I was super nervious! Mostly because I really feel like I don’t have deep meaning behind my work, and I don’t have an idea of what I want to go with.. But when my name got picked to be critiqued they for the most part liked the things I made but Julie (one of the profs) made a big deal about how I need to have meaning behind everything I use which bothers me alot but I kinda have to do what they want… But for the most part it was a good review and later I talked to Julie again and she told me she thinks I have a good start and I am on the right track and that everyone feels like a dork with the art they make at first… So that made me feel good. The rest of the day I had planned to get a ton of shit done, but it ended up not happening.. I walked by myself to american aparell, and passed a movie theatre, so i texted Krystine, Kristi, and Jaquie and told thm we should go see a movie. Kristi texted me back asking if I wanted to go to Christian Dior (because on of our profs wives ate our first meal together when we all first met and told kristi she worked for CD, and that she should stop by with friends.) sooo we kinda cleaned up and took the subway to the store, we got in and it was a little awkward because we didn’t know if she would remember us, but we asked for her and she was SOOO NICE! she gave us a tour of the store and let us touch stuff and play with the purses while she told us all the history behind certain products, then while we were upstairs looking through an amazing ring book she told us that they ate having a private trunk runway show and that we should come!!! We all freaked out and she took down our info and is going to email us!! FRICK. love my life. So then we walked back and talked about it like crazy and then went and saw “he’s just not that into you” which was good but depressing too a little… Then went to bed

TUESDAY: I got up and went to my first day of my internship! I was going to go to starbucks before but I would have been a little late if I went so I decided not to..next time I will. Sooo all frickin day long I stamped these different sized jewlery boxes with the DW logo… F my life. Then at lunch I went to the cutest little deli off fashion ave. for 30mins and then got back and went back to stamping… Oh and I can’t forget to inform you that the room we work in is literally 100degrees!! It’s soooooo hot!! And they like can’t regulate it for some reason sooo it sucks! I am totally wearing like a tanktop next time! So then before I left I had to go downstairs with Aida and do this inventory and it SUCKED! But I forgot to say that the best part of my day was that the people a floor above us work for HUE leggings and hosery stuff had a box of free stuff so I got some slippers and two pairs of different tights!! WOOO. I got to leave at 5:00 and made a really gross pastaroni for dinner and then left to go to my room.

RIGHT NOW: I am sitting in the basement waiting for my laundry to dry… And I worked out for a good 30minutes. It was nice but I am dead tired.

This weekend Megan is coming out to visit me and Jayme for my 21st!!! I’m super pumped! But that means I need to get artwork done before Friday! What the!!!

Maggie sent me a birthday package with some cool stuff in it like a vintage looking Madonna book, a TWILIGHT poster, and some peanut butter M&Ms and this gay movie haha. But I loved it. WOOOOOO I’m sad I’m not turning 21 in MN with my BFFs but Im happy Megan will be here to play with me!

LAUNDRY IS DONE!
